For the needs of our customers, we have created additional solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. It is an extension of the functionality of the system and an alternative to standard Microsoft solutions. We built our solutions based on the real requirements of our customers, so they are better and easier to use.

Verification of the contractor

In order to facilitate the work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM, we have created an additional solution for verifying counterparties (taxpayers). Thanks to this, you can easily verify from the system whether a given counterparty is a VAT payer and download other additional information that will allow verification of the counterparty.

Description of the solution

The solution is used to verify the activity of taxpayers additionally enables cooperation with electronic portals, i.e.:

• WHITE LIST — verification of activity and bank accounts of the taxpayer
• GUS — collection and verification of data concerning an economic entity
• CEIDG — verification of sole proprietorship
• VIES — verification of taxpayers within the EU (based on name and address)

Area of operation

The solution works within Suppliers and Recipients. In addition, the activity of taxpayers is verified, through dedicated batch tasks.
