The controller, i.e., the entity that decides how your personal data will be used, is Retcon Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 178 (hereinafter the “Company”).

3. Scope of the data we process
The scope of processed data includes data necessary to conclude and perform a contract with you, to deliver consulting and service activities (e.g., by phone or e-mail), to contact you regarding new services and solutions, and to comply with legal obligations incumbent on our Company (e.g., issuing invoices, sending e-invoices by e-mail). In justified cases, information may be provided to public authorities such as tax authorities or the police. The data are: first name, last name, company name, position, business e-mail, and business telephone number (landline and mobile).
4. Recipients of personal data
Recipients of your personal data may include entities whose services the Company uses in performing the contract, as well as entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
5. Data retention period
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after it ends—for the time required by law in order for the Company to discharge its obligations.
6. Rights of data subjects
We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e., the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
7. Withdrawal of consent
If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your previously given consent at any time.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you conclude that the Controller’s processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
9. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude and perform the services under the contract with the Company. If you refuse to provide the necessary personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.
10. Automated decision-making
Personal data processed by us will not be used for automated decision-making.
11. Access to data
Access to personal data may be obtained at the Company’s registered office.
12. Contact form
If you use the contact form available on the website retcon.pl, we process personal data in the following scope: first and last name, e-mail address, and any other data voluntarily provided in the content of your message.
13. Purpose and legal basis for processing data from the form
Data obtained via the contact form are processed in order to:
• respond to your inquiry (the subject of the request),
• continue further correspondence,
• present an offer (if your inquiry concerns this).
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in maintaining contact with users.
14. Storage period for data from the form
Data processed via the contact form are stored for the period necessary to provide a response and conduct further correspondence, but no longer than 12 months from the date of the last contact, unless processing continues on other legal grounds (e.g., contract conclusion).
15. Voluntary provision of data (form)
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to handle the inquiry. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to reply.
16. Recipients of data from the form
The data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with us that provide services to the Company (e.g., IT/hosting/e-mail providers) and to entities authorized by law.
