Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the WMS module is ideal for distribution and production companies. However, not only. Ha. Retcon successfully completed a pilot implementation of the WMS module in one of the companies of the Medicover Polska group, a leading provider of medical services.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 enables efficient and integrated supply chain management in companies with multiple branches and therefore use more than one warehouse. Thanks to the advanced handling of logistics processes in high storage warehouses (WMS) and the use of intelligent algorithms, warehouse spaces are optimized. We obtain information about the current stock in real time. For this reason, the WMS module is also increasingly chosen by companies from other retail industries — especially those operating in the areas of commerce, e-commerce, q-commerce.

The aim of the project led by Retcon was to:

• improving patient satisfaction related to access to medical services;
• solution of storage problems (marketing of vaccines and other medical and non-medical articles);
• consistent management of primary data of articles (master data);

• meeting the challenges of booking vaccines for patient visits.
