Retcon with Medicover

Microsoft Dynamics 365 with WMS supports distribution and manufacturing businesses as well as healthcare providers. Retcon successfully completed a WMS pilot implementation in a company within the Medicover Polska group.

Dynamics 365 enables integrated supply chain management for organisations with multiple sites and warehouses. Advanced warehouse processes and intelligent algorithms help optimise storage space and provide real-time stock information. These capabilities also support commerce, e-commerce and quick-commerce businesses.

The project aimed to:

• Improve patient satisfaction through better access to medical services
• Address warehouse challenges involving vaccines and other medical and non-medical products
• Ensure consistent item master data management
• Reserve vaccines for patient appointments

The WMS solution selected by the client enabled precise inventory management aligned with patient needs and more efficient scheduling of vaccination appointments with vaccine availability assured.
