Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing IT projects related to the implementation of ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
  • Managing the project’s scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Leading project teams, selecting task execution methods, and developing strategies for verifying previously agreed solution acceptance criteria.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of delivered work.
  • Managing project risks and changes.
  • Coordinating subcontractor activities.
  • Providing regular project progress reports.
  • Overseeing the creation of project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in ERP system implementations.
  • Experience with ERP implementation methodology across all phases: analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation.
  • Understanding of the complete solution in the context of the entire enterprise (areas: finance, HR, logistics, warehousing, production).
  • Well-developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to optimally manage available project resources.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
