What's new in March and April?

March 2026

March focuses on financial improvements, automation of arrangements and process control.

Management and Automation (AI/Agents)

• management of AI agents in Finance and Operations,
• configuration, monitoring and control of the operation of agents,
• administrative view at the level of the entire organization.

Bank Reconciliation

• cancellation of customer payments directly from the level of arrangements,
• extension of reports (details of the counterparty, details of documents),
• defining financial dimensions in accounting,
• Duplicate matching rules
• speed up the process and reduce errors.

Localizaciones (Localization)

• Location extension for Bolivia (e-invoicing, compliance),
• Location extension for Ecuador (tax reporting).

System and configuration

• validation of requirements prior to configuration import (ER)
• reduction of implementation errors,
• Accelerate deployment processes.

Projects and operational finance

• handling of warehouse goods in projects,
• better matching of costs and revenues over time.

The result: greater automation of financial processes, better control of data and reduction of operational errors.

April 2026

April develops compliance, financial integrations and the use of AI in agreements.

Taxes and compliance

• Belgian e-invoicing (PEPPOL),
• handling of multiple VAT numbers in one legal entity,
• strengthening the security of VAT integration (UK MTD),
• automation and unification of tax calculation.

AI and Finance Automation

• automatic reconciliation of books (subledger vs general ledger) using Copilot,
• detection of differences and recommendations for action,
• reduction of manual labor in finance.

Change planning and control

• tracking changes in planning (audit trail, change history),
• greater control over planning data.

Integration (cross-app)

• integration of planning with financial data,
• access to data in real time,
• reduction of manual work and duplication of data.

The result: greater regulatory compliance, automation of arrangements and stronger integration of finance with other areas of the system.
