From 1 January 2022, the National e-Invoice System was introduced as a voluntary solution, and the e-invoicing obligation will enter into force on 1 July 2024.

KSeF for Microsoft Dynamics AX/365

For the needs of our Clients, we have created an original solution allowing to automate the processes of e-invoice circulation.

As part of the solution, the following options are available in the system:

• Support for sending invoices in a batch session
• Ability to custom map data to a structured invoice schema in a graphical interface
• Stop posting an invoice if a validation error occurs
• Ability to manually fill in before posting the invoice, non-standard information (e.g.: Entity3, Billing, Factor Bank, etc.)
• Sending invoices to KSeF
• Download UPO
• Ability to edit the KSeF invoice before sending it to the ministry's website Integration with JPK (VAT and FA)
• Structured invoice preview (XML visualization)
• Saving the KSeF identifier in the system

What is included in the KSeF module for Microsoft Dynamics?

Sales module

• Each posted invoice is sent to the National E-Invoice System
• The KSeF number of the invoice is saved in the system
• In the system we have the possibility to open the xml file of each invoice sent to KSEF
• Verifying the compliance of the invoice with the xsd scheme of the KSeF invoice

Purchasing module

• Each purchase invoice is collected from the National e-Invoice System
• The invoice KSeF number is saved in the AX2012 system
• With AX2012 we have the possibility to open a xml file every downloaded from KSEF invoice
